As a first time mom, I had a lot of unknowns and anxieties in regards to pregnancy. Liz really helped me acknowledge those nerves and talk me through how to change my mindset to make my pregnancy a more positive experience. It was such a comfort to have her to talk to about everything I was feeling, especially because I knew she could relate with her being a mother as well. I'm so happy that I had her to rely on during a time when I had no idea what to expect.
